BOOKING AND BILLING POLICIES

All sessions and classes are by appointment only. We highly recommend you reserve your spot at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. Classes with low enrollment may be combined or cancelled. You can schedule and make payments by visiting our online schedule at www.bradfordmethod.com.

The studio operates without a receptionist. Please email the studio and utilize our online schedule and payment system instead of calling.

All clients must adhere to our firm cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation for a Trampoline Barre Class, Semi-Private Class or Private Session with less than 24 hours notice, you will be responsible for the entire amount of the session or class, without exception.

We require a credit card number on file for all students irrespective of payment method. The card information is secure; it is kept to protect Bradford Method from unpaid visits, no-shows and late cancellations.
We accept cash, checks, visa and mastercard. There is a $40 fee for all returned checks.
All packages automatically expire 3 months after purchase date. Please keep track of your sessions, and make your purchases accordingly.

All classes, sessions and packages are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

If you have not shown up within 15 minutes of your private session and you have not called to say that you’re coming, you will be charged the full session fee. For safety reasons, you will not be permitted to join class 10 minutes after it begins.

Bradford Method shall not be responsible or liable for any article lost, stolen or damaged, in or about the studio.

If you are the only student in a Semi-Private we will notify you by 6pm the day before and give you the option of moving to a different time, taking a Private or cancelling your session.

STUDIO ETIQUETTE
Please be prompt for your class or session. If you are 10 minutes late for your class, we cannot allow you to participate for safety reasons. For private sessions we cannot guarantee your teacher will be here 15 minutes after your session was scheduled to begin. This will be considered a late cancellation.

Please remove your shoes and silence cell phones when entering the studio.

Sticky socks are required for sanitary reasons and to help you stabilize in certain exercises. Socks can be purchased at the studio.

As a courtesy to your instructor and your fellow classmates, no gum chewing, keep perfume to a minimum and we ask that you clean your machines and return equipment to its place.

From Montauk:

Take 27 West, Turn Right onto Newtown Lane, Turn Left onto King St, Take 1st Right onto Gingerbread Lane. The studio is the last building on the right before the curve, next to the Chamber of Commerce.

From Southampton:

Take 27 East, Turn Left onto Toilsome Lane, Turn Right to stay on Toilsome Lane, Continue onto Gingerbread Lane (Toilsome Lane becomes Gingerbread Lane at the curve.) The studio is on the left immediately after the curve.

PARKING
Parking for the studio is located to the West/Left of the building. There are 2 diagonal spaces next to the building, 2 diagonal spaces on the opposite side of the driveway and 4 diagonal spaces in the Island Group Parking Lot. On Saturday and Sunday only parking is allowed in the entire Island Group Parking Lot. Street Parking is also available on Maidstone Ave and Fresno Pl.

STUDIO HOURS
The East Hampton Studio is open Sundays in June and Thursdays through Mondays in July – Labor Day. The Upper East Side Studio is open September through June. Please check online for the most updated schedule.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
HOW DO I GET STARTED?
There are 3 ways to get started: Private Training, Semi-Private Class or Trampoline Barre Class. If you are healthy and injury free you may begin with Semi-Privates or Trampoline Barre. If you have injuries or other concerns Private Training is the best way to go.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE?
We highly recommend you reserve your spot at least 12 hours before the scheduled time of the class you wish to attend. For example, if you’d like to take the 9:30am class on Thursday you should sign up by 9:30am on Wednesday. Classes with low enrollment (only 1 student) may be combined with another class or cancelled the day before. You can schedule and make payments by visiting our online schedule at www.bradfordmethod.com.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable workout clothing. Leggings and fitted tank top work best. Sticky socks are required for all classes. They may be purchased at the studio.
