East Hampton Studio open Sundays in June, Thursdays – Mondays

Semi-Private Sessions are 70 Minute Comprehensive workouts that incorporate the game-changing, super machine, Garuda, as well as the Bands, Weights and Cardio Jump Board. Every 2 weeks I present a new workout and each day we will add new components that intensify the exercises and make them more challenging. There are tons of hands-on adjustments and verbal corrections so by the end of the 2 weeks you are a rock star. Well, that is until I present the next workout.  (OFFERED IN EAST HAMPTON JULY 2nd – Labor Day only)

Trampoline Barre is a 55 minute barre class with a bounce. Set to music with driving rhythms, Trampoline Barre incorporates barre exercises, yoga postures and dance-based choreography. It has all the elements you need to lose weight and sculpt gorgeous muscles. Ballet for sculpting those dancer muscles (after all we are at the barre), cardio so you can sweat and burn major calories, fewer squats (because your knees are killing you), more stretching to lengthen out those quads and hammies), and best of all…smaller class size so you can stop wondering what the hell you’re supposed to be doing.  (OFFERED IN EAST HAMPTON: SUNDAYS IN JUNE, THURSDAYS through MONDAYS JULY 2nd – LABOR DAY)

PILATES TOWER CLASS

Utilizing the Pilates Wall Unit, Tower Class is designed to provide students with an overall body workout that strengthens, stretches and defines all muscle groups. Classes may include Magic Circles, hand weights, and other props. 55 minutes and class size is limited to 4 students. (OFFERED IN EAST HAMPTON SUNDAYS IN JUNE ONLY)

GETTING STARTED

HOW DO I GET STARTED?
If you are healthy and injury free you may begin with Semi-Privates or Trampoline Barre. If you have injuries or other concerns, Private Training is the best way to go. Fill out the questionnaire on the TALK page to book a Private Training Session.

HOW DO I SCHEDULE?
We highly recommend that you reserve your spot at least 12 hours before the scheduled time of the class you wish to attend. For example, if you’d like to take the 9:30am class on Thursday you should sign up before 9:30pm on Wednesday. Classes with low enrollment (only 1 student) may be combined with another class or cancelled the day before. You can schedule and make payments by visiting our online schedule.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Wear comfortable workout clothing. Leggings and a fitted tank top work best. Sticky socks are required for all classes and can be purchased at our studio.
